改革开放新时期提高城市居民公民道德修养对策研究——以赤峰市为例

A Study on the Countermeasures to Improve the Moral Cultivation of Urban Residents in the New Period of Reform and Opening up——A Case Study of Chifeng City

重视和提高城市居民公民道德修养已成为当前和今后我国经济社会高质量发展的重要目标和内容。本文以赤峰市为例,从提升城市居民公民道德修养的重要意义、赤峰市相关工作进展情况及存在的主要问题和改革开放新时期提升赤峰市城市居民公民道德修养对策探析等几个方面对此进行了研究和探讨,以期为赤峰市创建全国文明城等相关工作的开展提供一点有益的启迪和帮助。

Paying attention to and improving the moral cultivation of urban residents has become an important goal and content of high quality economic and social development in our country not only at present but also in the future. Taking Chifeng City as an example, this paper studies and discusses the important significance of promoting the moral cultivation of urban residents, the progress of related work in Chifeng City and the main problems existing in Chifeng City, as well as the countermeasures to improve the moral cultivation of urban residents in the new period of reform and opening up, in order to provide some useful enlightenment and help for the development of the relevant work such as the establishment of a national civilized city in Chifeng City.
