摘要
目的了解本科护生接受临床护理教学督导的情感体验及建议,分析临床护理教学督导工作存在的问题,为临床护理教学督导工作的改革提供参考。方法采用半结构式访谈法,对16名接受临床教学督导的本科护生就教学督导相关问题进行“一对一”访谈,并采用Colaizzi的现象学研究法对资料进行分析研究。结果分析提炼出4个正向体验主题:提高学习自觉性和合作性、锻炼讲课与查房能力、增强工作责任心、增强师生沟通性;3个负性体检主题:缺乏科研学习的督导、存在心理压力、督导中与护士长沟通少。结论接受教学督导能够给护生实习带来积极影响的同时也存在对护生造成心理压力大及对护生欠缺科研督导、护生与护士长沟通较少等问题。相关教学督导人员应该重视护生在临床护理教学督导中的感受及建议,开展临床护理教学督导工作的改革。
Objective To understand the emotional experience and suggestions of undergraduate nursing students receiving clinical nursing teaching supervision,to analyze the problems existing in clinical nursing teaching supervision,and to provide reference for the reform of clinical nursing teaching supervision. Methods Using semi-structured interviews,16 undergraduate nursing students who were supervised by clinical teaching were interviewed one-on-one with regard to the teaching supervision of clinical nursing students,and the content analysis method was used to analyze the data. Results Major themes emerged through interview,active experience 4 themes:improving learning consciousness and cooperation;training the ability of lectures and rounds;enhancing work responsibility;increasing communication opportunities between teachers and students.Postive experience 3 themes: lack of scientific research supervision;psychological stress;less communication with the head nurse. Conclusions Nursing students receiving teaching supervision can have a positive impact on their practice at the same time there are some shortcomings. Relevant teaching supervisors should pay attention to the feelings and suggestions of nursing students in clinical nursing teaching supervision,and carry out the reform of clinical nursing teaching supervision.
