摘要
2012年WHO统计显示[1]结直肠癌为全球第三大恶性肿瘤,而在我国2018年中国癌症最新统计数据中结直肠癌发病率居于第4名。我国肿瘤患者营养不良的发生率为40%~80%[2],消化道肿瘤患者营养风险发生率高达89.4%[3]。
