摘要 目前国家对建设项目环境保护的要求越来越高,高速公路建设期的环保管理也包含在其中。针对高速公路建设的特点,一个新的环保监管系统被设计出来用以提高高速公路建设期的环保管理工作效率。该系统能够帮助高速公路建设中的施工方、监理方和项目公司相关人员围绕日常环保施工内容进行环保管理和监督工作,保证各自环保工作的有效进行。相比传统管理方式,利用该系统管理具备实时监管、规范化环保工作内容、环保行业专业辅助等优势。系统开发完成后,在江津至习水高速公路(江习高速)重庆段进行实际应用,取得良好的效果,具有一定推广前景。 At present,China has increasingly higher requirements for environmental protection of construction projects,highway construction is also included. In view of the characteristics of highway construction,a new environmental protection supervision and management system was designed to improve the efficiency of environmental management during the construction period of highway. The system can help the builder,supervisor and project company staff in the highway construction to carry out environmental management and supervision work around the daily environmental protection work,and ensure efficiency. Compared with traditional management methods,this system has the advantages of real-time supervision,standardized environmental protection work,and environmental protection professional assistance. After the completion of the system development,the actual application in Chongqing Jiangxi expressway construction project has achieved good results,so it has certain promotion prospects.
