不同旧料掺配比例下就地热再生沥青混合料水稳定性影响分析 被引量:9

摘要 就地热再生沥青混合料水稳定性是路面性能的最重要的控制要求。为分析不同旧料掺配比例对就地热再生沥青混合料水稳定性影响特性,基于最大密实理论设计级配指数为0.50,旧料掺配比例为86%、90%和94%的三组再生沥青混合料合成级配,通过试验与数据拟合确定旧料掺配比例与空隙率、浸水稳定度、残留稳定度和冻融劈裂强度等因素的关系规律,提出在满足空隙率规范要求的前提下,以水稳定性为目标性能,旧料在就地热再生沥青混合料中的最佳掺配比例。 The water stability of geothermally reclaimed asphalt mixture is the most important control requirement for pavement performance.In order to analyze the influence of different old materials blending ratio on the water stability of the geothermally regenerated asphalt mixture,the grading index is 0.50 based on the maximum compacting theory,and the three batches of the old material blending ratios are 86%,90% and 94%.The synthetic gradation of asphalt mixture was determined by experiment and data fitting to determine the relationship between the blending ratio of old materials and the factors such as void ratio,water immersion stability,residual stability and freeze-thaw splitting strength,and proposed to meet the requirements of void ratio specifications.Under the premise,the optimal blending ratio of the old materials in the geothermal reclaimed asphalt mixture is the target performance of water stability.
