摘要
就地热再生沥青混合料高温稳定性受施工工艺影响,其材料组成中占较大比例的RAP存在部分聚团现象,从而造成其级配的模糊性和不确定性。为分析就地热再生沥青混合料级配特性对高温稳定性的影响,基于最大密实理论设计级配指数为0.40、0.45、0.50的三组再生沥青混合料合成级配,通过试验与数据拟合确定级配指数与空隙率、马歇尔稳定度关系模型,分析再生沥青混合料级配对其空隙率和稳定度的影响规律。在满足空隙率规范要求的前提下,以高温稳定性为目标性能,确定了其最佳级配。
The high temperature stability of geothermal reclaimed asphalt mixture is affected by the construction process.The proportion of RAP in the material composition is partially agglomerated,which causes the ambiguity and uncertainty of its gradation.In order to analyze the influence of gradation characteristics of in-situ heat-recycled asphalt mixture on high-temperature stability,based on the maximum compaction theory,the three-stage reclaimed asphalt mixture with grading index of 0.40,0.45 and 0.50 was designed and synthesized,and determined by experiment and data fitting.The relationship between gradation index and void ratio and Marshall stability is analyzed.The influence of gradation of recycled asphalt mixture on its void ratio and stability is analyzed.Under the premise of meeting the requirements of the void ratio specification,the optimal gradation is determined by the high temperature stability as the target performance.
