摘要 教师现代化是教育现代化的重要基础,教师原创性教育科研成果的形成是教师现代化的重要标志。北京教育学院原院长温寒江先生从1992年开始带领北京市近40所中小学和幼儿园的百余位教师开展了25年的研究,逐步形成了中国特色学习学理论体系与实践成果。该研究坚持以马克思主义辩证唯物主义哲学观为指导,借鉴了脑科学和认知心理学发展理论,在对原有教学理论批评性研究的基础上,提出了形象思维与抽象思维两种思维结合理论,并在此基础上重构了“学习”“思维”“技能”“能力”“创新思维”“创新能力”等学习学基础概念,提出了一系列经过教学实践检验的教学法和学习策略,为提升教学效率和效果提供了有效的理论支持。课题研究培养了大批优秀特级教师和优质学校,是教师现代化的典型案例。 Teacher modernization is the important foundation of education modernization, and the formation of teachers’ original educational research achievements is the important symbol of teacher modernization. Since 1992, Mr. Wen Hanjiang, the former president of Beijing Institute of Education, has led more than 100 teachers from nearly 40 schools in Beijing to conduct 25-year research and gradually formed the theoretical system and practical achievements of learning with Chinese characteristics. The research adheres to the philosophy of Marxist dialectical materialism, draws on the theory of the development of brain science and cognitive psychology, and puts forward the theory of combination of image thinking and abstract thinking on the basis of the critical research on the former teaching theory. Based on this, the basic concepts of “learning”,“thinking”,“skill”,“ability”,“innovative thinking” and “innovative ability” in the science of learning have been reconstructed, a series of teaching methods and learning strategies tested by teaching practice have been proposed, and the effective theoretical support has been provided for improving teaching efficiency and effectiveness. A large number of special-class teachers and high-quality schools have been cultivated and created by doing the research, which is a typical case of teacher modernization.
