教师网络生活方式的影响因素与优化策略

摘要 伴随着网络社会的崛起与发展,网络生活正成为一种新型生活形态。教师网络生活方式是教师旨在满足生存与发展需要、实现生命价值与意义、提高生活质量,以数字化符号为中介,在虚拟的网络世界中逐渐形成的、相对稳定的网络活动形式及行为特征的总和。教师网络生活方式的形成与发展并非一蹴而就,而是经历特定的阶段和环节,受主、客观因素的影响与制约,主要体现在教师个体、社会、文化和技术等四个层面。促进教师网络生活方式的健康、可持续发展,需要优化教师网络生活理念、提高教师网络生活能力,注重社会供给侧改革、加强网络社会协同治理,强化技术研发与创新、引导技术生态化发展,加强网络文化建设、构筑网络生态文明。 With the rise and development of the network society, network life is becoming a new form of life. The network lifestyle of teachers is the sum of the relatively stable network activity forms and behavior characteristics which are gradually formed by teachers in the virtual network world with digital symbols as the media, aiming to meet their needs of survival and development, realize the value and significance of life, and improve the quality of life. The formation and development of teachers’ network lifestyle is not achieved overnight, but through the specific stages and links, which is influenced and restricted by subjective and objective factors, mainly reflected in the four aspects of individual, society, culture and technology. In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of teachers’ network lifestyle, it is necessary to optimize the concept of teachers’ network life, improve teachers’ network life ability, pay attention to the social supply-side reform, reinforce the collaborative governance of the network society, strengthen the technological research, development and innovation, guide the development of technological ecologicalization, strengthen the construction of network culture, and build a network of ecological civilization.
