摘要
随着《侵权责任法》和《医疗纠纷预防与处理条例》颁布施行,对医院管理和医疗行为提出了新的更加严格的要求。因此从法律和医院管理角度对医疗行为进行分析,有利于从宏观上规范医疗行为,举一反三吸取教训,提高医疗救治能力。
With the promulgation and implementation of Tort Liability Law and Regulations on the Prevention and Treatment of Medical Disputes,new and stricter requirements have been put forward for hospital management and medical behavior.Therefore,the analysis of medical behavior from the perspective of law and hospital management is conducive to standardizing medical behavior from a macro perspective,drawing lessons from one example and the other,and improving the ability of medical treatment.
