孟鲁司特钠联合皮内针穴位埋置治疗儿童慢性咳嗽效果观察

Therapeutic effect of Montelukast sodium combined with intradermal needle acupuncture on chronic cough in children

目的分析孟鲁司特钠联合皮内针穴位埋置治疗儿童慢性咳嗽的临床效果。方法选取2018年10月至2019年3月于本院就诊的120例慢性咳嗽患儿为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。对照组患儿接受孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组患儿接受孟鲁司特钠联合皮内针穴位埋置治疗。两组患儿均连续治疗4周,比较两组患儿疗效、症状缓解和消失时间、不良反应发生率。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),症状缓解和消失时间均显著短于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组患儿均未出现不良反应。结论与单用孟鲁司特钠比较,孟鲁司特钠联合皮内针穴位埋置可以有效缩短慢性咳嗽患儿的症状发作时间,提高治疗效果,加快患儿康复进程,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Montelukast sodium combined with intradermal needle acupuncture in the treatment of chronic cough in children. Method 120 children with chronic cough from October 2018 to March 2019 were divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases) according to the random number table method. Control group children received Montelukast sodium treatment, and observation group children received Montelukast sodium combined with intradermal needle acupuncture treatment. After 4 weeks of continuous treatment, the efficacy, symptom relief and disappearance time, and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Result The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05), the time of symptom relief and disappearance were shorter than those in control group (all P < 0.05). No adverse reactions were found in both group. Conclusion Compared with Montelukast sodium alone, Montelukast sodium combined with intradermal needle acupuncture can effectively shorten the attack time of symptoms, improve the treatment efficiency, accelerate the recovery process of children, and the clinical value is worth promoting.
