摘要
目的分析反思任务驱动教学法在呼吸内科护理带教中的应用效果。方法研究对象为我院呼吸内科实习护生62名,依据随机原则将其划分2 组,设为研究组(31 名)和对照组(31 名),分别应用反思任务驱动教学法、传统教学法,对比理论成绩、操作成绩、临床实践能力和教学满意度。结果研究组理论成绩、操作成绩、临床实践能力等评分均高于对照组(P < 0.05);研究组教学满意度(96.77%)高于对照组(74.20%)(P < 0.05)。结论在呼吸内科护理带教中应用反思任务驱动教学法可将护士的理论知识和操作技能显著提升,有助于提高教学质量,效果满意,可为实习护士日后的工作奠定基础。
Objective To analyze the effect of reflective task-driven teaching method in nursing teaching of respiratory medicine. Methods 62 nursing interns in Respiratory Medicine Department of our hospital were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization. They were divided into study group (31) and control group (31). Reflective taskdriven teaching method and traditional teaching method were used to compare theoretical, operational, clinical and teaching satisfaction. Results The scores of theory, operation and clinical practice ability of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the teaching satisfaction of the study group (96.77%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (74.20%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of reflective task-driven teaching method in nursing teaching of respiratory medicine can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of nurses, and help to improve the quality of teaching with satisfactory results, it can lay the foundation for the future work of the intern nurse.
