摘要
目的观察同伴教学在教学活动开展中的应用,初步探讨了同伴教学对提高住院医师规范化培训医师综合能力培养的作用及影响。方法 2017 年 9 月—2018 年 9 月,以遵义医科大学 2016 级、2017 级内科轮转内分泌专业的规范化培训的住院医生为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(50 名)和干预组(50 名),对照组采用传统教学模式,干预组采用同伴教学模式,8 周后对比两组住培医师的学习效果。结果( 1)与传统教学模式组相比,同伴教学干预组理论考试及临床技能操作分数均明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。(2)同伴教学干预组满意度较传统教学模式的对照组有升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论住培医师在内分泌科轮转过程中,同伴教学模式显著提高了住培医师的学习效率,掌握了和谐医患沟通的技巧,提高了住培医师的综合素质。
Objective To observe the application of peer teaching in the development of teaching activities, and preliminarily explore the role of peer teaching in improving the comprehensive ability of resident doctors in standardized training. Method From September 2017 to September 2018, resident physicians, grades 2016 and 2017, in internal medicine system of Zunyi Medical University, rotationing in endocrinology department, were randomly divided into control group (50) and intervention group (50). The control group were performed by traditional teaching mode, while the intervention group performed peer teaching mode. After 8 weeks, Learning effect were compared between the resident physicians of the two groups. Result Compared with the traditional teaching mode group, theoretical examination and clinical skill operation scores in the peer teaching intervention group were significantly increasing (P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of peer teaching intervention group was higher than that of the traditional teaching mode group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion In the process of Endocrinology rotation, peer teaching mode has significantly improved the learning efficiency of resident physicians, and mastered the skills of harmonious doctor-patient communication, and improved the comprehensive quality of resident physicians.
