摘要 目的总结并归纳舒芬太尼、瑞芬太尼的静脉麻醉效果。方法本文挑选我院72 例外科手术患者,采用抽签法将患者分为对照组和观察组,分别为36 例。对照组患者采用舒芬太尼麻醉,观察组患者采用瑞芬太尼麻醉。比较两组麻醉期间各项指标及术后苏醒情况的指标,分析两组麻醉效果。结果应用瑞芬太尼麻醉的观察组在各个时间点SP、DP 和HP 等血液动力学指标及肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素等指标,以及麻醉维持时间、自主呼吸恢复时间及患者意识清醒时间方面,均远优于对照组,P < 0.05,两组存在分析意义。结论瑞芬太尼对外科手术患者的麻醉中,对患者的麻醉效果较好,且更有利于术后患者各项指标的恢复,应用价值较高。 Objective To summarize and summarize the intravenous anesthesia effects of sufentanil and remifentanil. Methods 72 surgical patients in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots, 36 cases respectively. The control group was anesthetized with sufentanil, while the observation group was anesthetized with remifentanil. The indexes of anesthesia period and recovery after operation were compared between the two groups, and the anesthetic effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results The observation group with remifentanil anesthesia was much better than the control group in the hemodynamic indexes such as SP, DP and HP, adrenaline and norepinephrine at each time point, as well as the duration of anesthesia maintenance, the time of spontaneous breathing recovery and the time of conscious awakening. The data between the two groups showed the result of P < 0.05 by statistical software test. There was an analytical significance in the two groups. Conclusion Remifentanil is effective in anesthesia for surgical patients, and it is more conducive to the recovery of various indicators of patients after surgery, so patients can wake up earlier.
