输尿管软镜在输尿管移位到肾脏结石的作用

The Role of Flexible Ureteroscopy in Ureteral Displacement to Renal Calculi

目的探析电子输尿管软镜在输尿管移位到肾脏结石手术中的作用。方法对照组患者采用经皮肾镜治疗,观察组患者采用电子输尿管软镜治疗,对比两组患者的结石清除率和手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间。结果对照组患者的结石清除率为78.0%,观察组患者的结石取净率为95.1%,观察组明显比对照组的结石清除率更高(P < 0.05);观察组的手术时间、手术出血量以及住院时间分别为(40.6±5.1)min、(22.5±6.6)mL 和(4.7±1.9)d,均明显优于对照组(P< 0.05)。结论电子输尿管软镜在输尿管移位到肾脏结石手术中具有重要的作用,其能够提高结石清除率,缩短手术时间和住院时间,减少手术出血量。

Objective To investigate the role of electronic ureteroscopy in the treatment of ureteral displacement to renal calculi. Methods The patients in the group were treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy. The patients in the observation group were treated with soft ureteroscopy. The stone clearance rate and operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results The stone removal rate of the control group was 78.0%. The stone removal rate of the observation group was 95.1%. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The operation time and operation of the observation group The amount of bleeding and hospital stay were (40.6±5.1) min,(22.5±6.6) mL, and (4.7±1.9) d, respectively, which were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The ureteroscope has an important role in the transurethral shift to the kidney stone surgery, which can improve the stone removal rate, shorten the operation time and hospital stay, and reduce the amount of surgical bleeding.
