低温等离子射频消融术治疗早期声带癌的疗效 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究低温等离子消融术治疗早期声带癌的疗效,从而为患者制定有效方案。方法选择2017 年11 月—2018 年11 月我院收治的声带癌早期患者60 人,根据入组时间分成射频组(低温等离子消融术)与对照组(常规手术),各30 人,比较其术后病情控制情况与副反应。结果射频组术后病情控制有效率为100%,对照组为86.7%,射频组优于对照组(P < 0.05);同时,射频组的副反应率为6.7%低于对照组的副反应率26.7%( P < 0.05)。结论在临床治疗声带癌早期患者时,低温等离子消融术不仅治疗效果好,而且安全性高,并能促进患者后期康复治疗,应推广使用。 Objective To investigate the effect of low temperature plasma ablation on early vocal cord cancer, so as to develop an effective program for patients. Methods 60 patients with early stage vocal cord cancer admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected and divided into rf group (low-temperature plasma ablation) and control group (conventional surgery), 30 each, according to the enrollment time. Results The effective rate of disease control was 100% in rf group and 86.7% in control group, The rf group was superior to the control group (P < 0.05), statistically significant difference. At the same time, the adverse reaction rate of rf group was 6.7%, and that of control group was 26.7%. The comparison results showed statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with early vocal cord cancer, low temperature plasma ablation is not only effective, but also safe, and can promote the later rehabilitation of patients, should be popularized.
