活血酊外敷联合克氏针固定治疗掌骨骨折疗效分析

Analysis the Effect of Huoxue Tincture Combined With Kirschner Wire Interal Fixation for the Treatment of Metacarpal Fractures

目的讨活血酊外敷联合经皮克氏针内固定治疗掌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法取2015 年1 月—2017 年12 月我院收治的90 例掌骨骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各45 例。对照组:采用皮克氏针内固定治疗。观察组:采用皮克氏针内固定,并活血酊外敷治疗,随访6 ~ 12 个月,观察比较2 组患者的临床症状评分及骨折愈合时间。结果察组骨折愈合时间短于对照组骨折愈合时间,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.5%高于对照组总有效率88.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。结论用活血酊外敷联合经皮克氏针内固定治疗掌骨骨折临床效果显著,能有效改善症状、体征,缩短骨折愈合时间,未发现严重不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analysis the effect of Huoxue Tincture combined with kirschner wire interal fixation for the treatment of metacarpal fractures. Methods From January 2015 to December 2017,90 patient of metacarpal fractures were review,they were randomly divided into study groups and control groups,45 cases in each group.control group used kirschner wire interal fixation,and the Patients in observation group were treated with Huoxue Tincture based on the control groups. followed up for 6-12 months, Compared and scored the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Result The fracture healing time of the observation groups was significantly shorter than that of the control groups. Results Significant difference between the two groups of patients (P<0.05), with statistical significance.The optimal rates of functional recovery of metacarpal in the control groups and the study groups were respectively 95.5% and 88.8%,Curative effect were better in observation groups than in control study groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Huoxue Tincture combined with kirschner wire interal fixation for the treatment of metacarpal fractures,possessd advantages of short healing time and good functional recovery, it is worthy of clinical application.
