剖宫产术后再次妊娠经阴道分娩产妇的护理干预研究

Nursing Intervention Study of the Puerpera With Second Pregnancy After Cesarean Section and Transvaginal Delivery

目的分析剖宫产术后再次妊娠经阴道分娩产妇实施优质护理的临床价值。方法纳入2016 年02 月—2017 年02 月,选择86 例本院接收的再次妊娠经阴道分娩产妇实施研究,以随机表法为原则,分为实验组(43 例),对照组(43 例),实验组采用优质护理,对照组采用常规护理,观察两组临床指标、母婴结局、护理满意度。结果临床指标对比:实验组分娩后2 h 出血量、住院时间、分娩时间低于对照组,两组新生儿评分对比无差异;母婴结局对比:实验组低于对照组;护理满意度对比:实验组高于对照组,P <0.05。结论剖宫产术后再次妊娠经阴道分娩产妇实施优质护理的临床价值显著,有助于缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of quality nursing for women undergoing vaginal delivery after cesarean section. Methods From February 2016 to February 2017, 86 cases of re-pregnancy vaginal delivery were received from our hospital. According to the principle of random table, they were divided into experimental group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases). The experimental group used high-quality nursing, and the control group used routine nursing. The clinical indicators, maternal and infant outcomes, and nursing satisfaction were observed. Results Comparison of clinical indicators: The amount of bleeding, hospitalization time and delivery time of the experimental components were lower than that of the control group after 2 hours of delivery. There was no difference in the scores of the newborns between the two groups. Comparison of maternal and infant outcomes: the experimental group was lower than the control group;The group was higher than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The clinical value of high-quality nursing for vaginal delivery after cesarean section is significant, which can help shorten hospitalization time and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worth learning.
