舒适护理在子宫肌瘤患者围手术期应用研究

Perioperative Application Study of Comfortable Nursing in Patients With Uterine Fibroids

目的探讨舒适护理在子宫肌瘤患者围手术期的应用效果。方法选择子宫肌瘤患者100 例,均为我院2017 年1 月—2019 年1 月收治,随机分为两组,分别为常规护理(对照组,n =50)与舒适护理(观察组,n =50)结果展开对比。结果观察组护理质量评分优于对照组(P < 0.05)。观察组观察组手术指标优于对照组(P < 0.05)。观察组舒适度评分优于对照组(P < 0.05)。观察组护理满意度经统计为96%,高于对照组82%(P < 0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者在围手术期重视舒适护理模式的实施,可提高护理服务质量,改善患者手术操作过程中舒适度。

Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing in perioperative period of patients with uterine fibroids. Methods 100 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019. They were randomly divided into two groups, namely routine nursing (control group, n=50) and comfortable nursing (observation group, n=50) The results are compared. Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The surgical index of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The comfort score of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96%, which was higher than the control group by 82%(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with uterine fibroids pay attention to the implementation of comfortable nursing mode during perioperative period, which can improve the quality of nursing service and improve the comfort during the operation of patients.
