优化急诊护理流程抢救急性心肌梗死的价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析优化急诊护理流程抢救急性心肌梗死的应用价值。方法选取2016年5月—2018年9月本院收治的82例急性心肌梗死患者,将其随机分成两组各41 例,对照组采用常规护理流程抢救,观察组采用优化急诊护理流程抢救,比较两组患者的抢救时间和治疗效果。结果观察组分诊评估时间、心电图时间、静脉采血时间、静脉用药时间和抢救总时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);观察组院内复发、再行(经皮冠状动脉介入治疗)PCI 患者占比(4.88%、7.32%)低于对照组(21.95%、24.39%),差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论在急性心肌梗死患者抢救中实施优化急诊护理流程可有效缩短抢救时间,提升救治效果。 Objective To analyze the application value of optimizing emergency nursing procedures to rescue acute myocardial infarction. Methods Eighty-two patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from May to May 20, 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, 41 patients in the control group. The control group was rescued by routine nursing procedures. The observation group was rescued by optimized emergency care procedures. The rescue time and treatment effect of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The observation time, electrocardiogram time, venous blood sampling time, intravenous medication time and total rescue time were shorter than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group recurred in the hospital and re-traversed (percutaneous coronary The proportion of patients with PCI (4.88%, 7.32%) was lower than that of the control group (21.95%, 24.39%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of optimized emergency care process in the rescue of patients with acute myocardial infarction can effectively shorten the rescue time and improve the treatment effect.
