快速康复外科理念在甲状腺癌根治术中的应用

Clinical Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Concept in Perioperative Period of Radical Thyroidectomy for Thyroid Cancer

目的分析快速康复外科理念在甲状腺癌根治术患者围手术期的临床应用效果。方法选取所在医院2015 年9 月—2018 年10 月70例接受甲状腺癌根治术治疗的患者,根据护理方法分组,对照组(采用常规甲状腺根治术,n =35),观察组(在快速康复外科理念指导下开展手术治疗,n =35),对比2 组患者临床效果。结果观察组疼痛评分、恢复时间、住院时间均低于对照组(P < 0.05);观察组与对照组术后并发症(2.86% vs 22.86%)对比差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论在为甲状腺癌患者开展根治术过程中,将快速康复外科理念应用其中,可显著提高手术治疗效果,缓解疼痛,降低并发症,效果明显。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative period of patients with thyroid cancer undergoing radical thyroidectomy. Methods Seventy patients who underwent radical thyroidectomy from September 2015 to October 2018 in our hospital were selected. According to the treatment methods, the patients in the control group (routine thyroidectomy, n=35) and the patients in the observation group (operation under the guidance of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery, n=35) were divided into two groups. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The pain score, recovery time and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05);the complications of the observation group and the control group (2.86% vs. 22.86%) were significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the course of radical thyroidectomy for patients with thyroid cancer, the application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery can significantly improve the effect of surgical treatment, relieve pain, reduce complications, and the effect is obvious.
