西藏蜂蜜中总酚酸、总黄酮含量特异性研究 被引量:1

Study on the Specificity of Total Phenolic Acids and Total Flavonoids in Tibetan Honey

摘要 本文以西藏地区不同蜂场、不同取蜜时间采集的6个原蜜样品,2个西藏商品蜜及2个非西藏商品蜜为研究对象,测定了其总酚酸及总黄酮含量,并对数据进行了对比分析。结果表明,不同蜂场的原蜜其总酚酸及总黄酮含量均不相同;同一蜂场中,不同取蜜时间,总酚酸及总黄酮含量也有所不同。6月份原蜜总酚酸及总黄酮含量均高于7月份原蜜,同时6月西藏商品蜜比7月商品蜜总酚酸及总黄酮含量高,其中总酚酸含量高出6.2倍,总黄酮高出12%。西藏商品蜜与原蜜相比,总黄酮含量有所升高,总酚酸含量下降;与非西藏地区相近科属单一蜜相比,西藏蜂蜜中总黄酮总酚酸含量都高于非西藏地区。可见,无论原蜜还是商品蜜,西藏地区的蜂蜜都含有丰富的总酚酸及总黄酮。 The contents of total phenolic acids and total flavonoids in six raw honey samples from different bee fields in Tibet, two Tibetan commercial honey, and two non-Tibetan commercial honey were determined and compared. The results showed that the content of total phenolic acids and total flavonoids of the raw honey in different bee fields were different. In the same bee field, the content of total phenolic acids and total flavonoids varied with different sampling time, and the contents of total phenolic acids flavonoids in June were higher than those of raw honey sampled in July. The same trend also existed in the Tibetan commercial honey, in which the total phenolic acids content in June was 6.2 times higher and the total flavonoids was 12% higher than that those sampled in July. In addition, the total flavonoids content of Tibetan commercial honey was higher than that of raw honey, while the content of total phenolic acids decreased. Compared with the monofloral honey of non-Tibetan which had similar botanical genera, the content of total flavonoids and total phenolic acids were both higher than the non-Tibetan honey. In general, Tibetan honey is rich in total phenolic acids and total flavonoids, regardless of raw honey or commercial honey.
