Application of Non-Toxic and Harmless Preservation Solution for Human Specimens

目的:研究一种无毒无害、经济、易于配制的人体标本保存液。方法:用无毒无害的防腐试剂配制一种人体标本保存液,并与广泛使用的5%的甲醛保存液的保存效果进行对比。结果:无毒无害人体标本保存液在标本杀菌、防霉、安全、无毒害方面都有良好表现。结论:无毒无害人体标本保存液完全可以替代5%甲醛保存液进行人体标本的保存。

Objective: To study a non-toxic, harmless, economical and easy-to-prepare preservation solution for human specimens. Methods: A preservative solution for human specimens was prepared with non-toxic and harmless preservative reagent, and its preservation effect was compared with that of 5% formaldehyde preservative solution widely used. Result: The non-toxic and harmless preservation solution of human specimens has good performance in germicidal, mildew-proof, safe and non-toxic aspects. Conclusion: The non-toxic and harmless preservation solution of human specimens can completely replace 5% formaldehyde preservation solution for the preservation of human specimens.
