摘要 现如今,燃料电池的发展迅速,并且已经投入实际应用,如新能源汽车等。但在实际应用时,电池工作环境并不稳定,其中混杂的痕量杂质离子(10^-5~10^-6mol/L)会对处于碱性和酸性环境中的铂单晶表面上发生的氧气还原反应、氢气氧化反应和氢气析出反应均产生一定影响。本研究发现痕量阴离子(Cl^-、SO4^2-)在燃料电池环境中的存在显著抑制了Pt/C燃料电池催化剂在酸性条件下的活性,并且抑制的程度随离子浓度的增大而增大。一般来说,痕量Cl^-存在使ECSA下降约12.4%,SO4^2-存在使ECSA下降约19.0%。 Nowadays, fuel cells are developing rapidly and have been put into practical applications, such as new energy vehicles. However, in practical application, the working environment of the battery is not stable, and the mixed trace impurity ions (10^-5 to 10^-6mol/L) will have a certain impact on the oxygen reduction reaction, hydrogen oxidation reaction and hydrogen precipitation reaction on the surface of platinum single crystal in alkaline and acidic environment. In this study, it was found that trace anions (Cl^-, SO4^2-) in the fuel cell environment significantly inhibited the activity of Pt/C fuel cell catalyst under acidic conditions, and the degree of inhibition increased with the increase of ion concentration. Existence of Cl^- decreases ECSA by about 12.4% and existence of SO4^2- decreases ECSA by about 19.0%.
