湘南烟区不同品种上部位烟叶烘烤特性对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了明确湘南烟区不同品种上部位烟叶烘烤特性,采用密集烤房试验研究了湘烟5号、K326、云烟87三种烟叶上部烟的失水特性、多酚氧化酶、淀粉酶、叶绿素含量、胡萝卜素含量、化学成分变化规律及各品种烤后烟叶经济性状对比。结合密集烤房对3个品种对比发现,上部烟叶湘烟5号耐烤性和易烤性较好,烘烤特性好;云烟87易烤性和耐烤性好,烘烤特性中等;K326易烤性和耐烤性中等,烘烤特性差。 In order to clarify curing characteristics of upper tobacco leaves in different parts of southern hunan tobacco growing area, dehydrating characteristics, polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity, amylase, degradation characteristics of chlorophyll content, carotene content and chemical composition from upper tobacco leaves of Xiangyan 5, K326,and Yunyan 87 were investigated using bulk-curing barn method, comparison of economic traits of tobacco leaves after curing. Results indicate that based on bulk-curing barn,upper leaves of Xiangyan 5 have better easy curing potential and endurable curing potential and fair curing characteristics;upper leaves of Yunyan 87 have good easy curing potential and endurable curing potential and medium curing characteristics;and upper leaves of K326 have medium easy curing potential and endurable curing potential and poor curing characteristics.
