摘要
本文以对氨基苯磺酰胺、对甲基苯乙酮、三氟乙酸乙酯为主要原料合成塞来昔布。通过元素分析、红外光谱和LC/MS和1H-NMR分析技术对其分子结构进行了表征。该合成方法操作简便,收率高,适合工业化生产。
Celecoxib was synthesized fromsulfanilamide, p-methylacetophenone and ethyl trifluoroacetate. The molecular structure of celecoxib was characterized by elementary analysis, infrared spectroscopy, LC/MS and 1H-NMR analysis. This synthesis process has some advantages, such as easier operation, higher yield and more suitable for largescale industrial production.
