摘要
通过溶剂热法制备纳米金属-有机骨架UiO-66,并通过用电镜扫描、X-射线粉末衍射初步判断材料的结构特征。该方法可以准确、可控、快速、简便地制备UiO-66。荧光实验表明,UiO-66对P-DNA具有荧光淬灭能力;当Hg^2+存在时,复合体系中的荧光强度得到复苏,说明基于纳米金属-有机骨架UiO-66的复合体系对Hg^2+有着良好的检测能力。
UiO-66 was prepared by solvothermal method, and the structural characteristics of the material were preliminarily determined by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray powder diffraction.This method can prepare UiO- 66 accurately, controlly, quickly and simply.Further experiments showed that UiO-66 has fluorescence quenching ability to P-DNA. When Hg^2+ is present, the fluorescence intensity in the composite system is revived, indicating that the nano-metallic organic framework UiO-66 composite system has good detection ability for Hg^2+.
