两种C反应蛋白检测方法在早期炎症诊断中的应用比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较分析乳胶免疫比浊法和速率散射法测定C反应蛋白应用于早期炎症诊断中的价值。方法:从医院检验科随机获取120例患者的全血样本,分别使用乳胶免疫比浊法和速率散射法对全血样本进行C反应蛋白检测,对两种方法所获得样本检测结果低值段、中值段、高值段构成比进行比较分析,并对低值段样本的检测结果进行比较分析。结果:乳胶免疫比浊法获得C反应蛋白检测浓度结果中0~10mg/L、11~90mg/L、90mg/L以上的例数分别为54例、55例、11例,分别占比45.00%、45.83%和9.17%,速率散射法获得上述三种浓度值段的例数分别为55例、57例、8例,分别占比45.83%、47.50%和6.67%,两组结果各值段构成比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。低值段结果中,乳胶免疫比浊法阳性例数和阴性例数分别为28例和26例,阳性率为51.85%,速率散射法阳性例数和阴性例数分别为7例和48例,阳性率为12.96%,低于乳胶免疫比浊法所测低值段结果的阳性率,两组结果阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳胶免疫比浊法和速率散射法应用于C反应蛋白检测时均能较好的区分检测值的高低水平,但是相比之下,乳胶免疫比浊法能够更加敏感地辨别低水平的C反应蛋白含量,对于炎症早期的诊断临床意义更佳。 Objective: To compare and analyze the value of latex immunoturbidimetry and rate scattering method in the early diagnosis of C-reactive protein. Methods: the whole blood samples of 120 patients were randomly obtained from the laboratory department of hospital. C-reactive protein was detected by latex immunoturbidimetry and rate scattering respectively. The results of low value segment, median segment and high value segment composition ratio of the two methods were compared and analyzed, and the detection results of low value segment samples were compared and analyzed. Results: the number of cases of low value segment, middle value segment and high value segment were 54 cases, 55 cases and 1 respectively by latex immunoturbidimetry. In 1 case, 45.00%, 45.83% and 9.17%, respectively, 55 cases, 57 cases and 8 cases, accounting for 45.83%, 47.50% and 6.67%, respectively, were obtained by rate scattering method. There was no significant difference in the constituent ratio of each value segment between the two groups (P > 0.05). Among the results of low value segment, 28 cases were positive and 26 cases were negative by latex immunoturbidimetry, the positive rate was 51.85%, the number of positive cases and negative cases by rate scattering method were 7 cases and 48 cases, respectively, the positive rate was 12. The positive rate of 96% was lower than that of the low value measured by latex immune turbidimetry, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: latex immunoturbidimetry and rate scattering method can better distinguish the level of C-reactive protein in the detection of C-reactive protein, but in contrast, latex immunoturbidimetry can more sensitive to identify the low level of C-reactive protein content, which is of better clinical significance for the early diagnosis of inflammation.
