摘要
目的:比较分析ELISA法和超顺磁性纳米微球法两种方法测定肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)用于诊断心肌损伤的应用价值。方法:随机抽取56例在2018年5月至2019年5月期间在医院心内科就诊并确诊心肌损伤的患者,以及同时期在医院进行体检的56健康体检者作为研究对象。其中,心肌损伤患者作为疾病组,健康体检者为健康组,对两组研究对象血液样本的肌钙蛋白Ⅰ含量分别运用ELISA法和超顺磁性纳米微球法进行检测,比较两种方法对两组研究对象的检测结果的不同,并比较两种方法的敏感性。结果:使用2种测定方法所测定结果均都显示疾病组研究对象cTnⅠ水平的平均值高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对于同一组研究对象而言,两种方法所测cTnⅠ水平的平均值差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。56例疾病组研究对象经超顺磁性纳米微球法均能成功检测出阳性结果,其敏感性达到100.0%;使用ELISA法检测出56例疾病组研究对象中的47例,其敏感性为83.93%,ELISA法敏感性低于超顺磁性纳米微球法,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:cTnⅠ水平的检测对于心肌损伤的诊断意义显著,临床上使用超顺磁性纳米微球法对cTnI进行定量检测,敏感性较高,操作简便,可予以推广应用。
Objective: to compare and analyze the value of ELISA method and superparamagnetic nanosphere method in the diagnosis of myocardial injury. Methods: 56 patients with myocardial injury were randomly selected from May 2018 to May 2019 and 56 healthy subjects were examined at the same time. Among them, the patients with myocardial injury were the disease group and the healthy subjects were the healthy group. The contents of troponin Ⅰ in the blood samples of the two groups were measured by ELISA method and superparamagnetic nanosphere method, respectively. The detection results of the two methods to the two groups of subjects were compared, and the sensitivity of the two methods was compared. Results: The results of the two methods showed that the average level of cTnⅠ in the disease group was higher than that in the healthy group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). For the same group, there was no significant difference in the average level of cTnⅠ measured by the two methods. 56 patients in the disease group could successfully detect the positive results by superparamagnetic nanosphere method, and the sensitivity was 100.0%, and 56 patients were detected by ELISA method. The sensitivity of 47 patients in the disease group was 83.93%, and the sensitivity of ELISA was lower than that of ultraparamagnetic nanospheres, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The detection of cTnI level is of significant significance for the diagnosis of myocardial injury, and the quantitative detection of cTnⅠ by ultraparamagnetic nanospheric method in clinic is more sensitive and simple in operation.
