Determination of Petroleum Hydrocarbons in Marine Organisms by Fluorescence Method

摘要 本文以鳕鱼冻干样和三文鱼冻干样为实验样品,用氢氧化钠皂化后,二氯甲烷萃取,残留物用石油醚溶解后经荧光分光光度计测定,对方法的检出限、精密度和准确度进行了技术指标的验证。结果表明,该方法检出限较低,相对标准偏差分别为10.0%和11.4%,加标回收率分别为72.0%和74.0%。 In this paper, squid freeze-dried samples and salmon lyophilized samples were taken as samples, saponified with sodium hydroxide, extracted with dichloromethane, and the residue was dissolved in petroleum ether and determined by fluorescence spectrophotometer. The detection limit of the method was the precision and accuracy were verified by technical indicators. The experimental results confirmed that the detection limit was low. The relative standard deviations were 10.0% and 11.4%, respectively. The recoveries were 72.0% and 74.0%, respectively.
