摘要
铜绿假单胞菌是一种革兰氏阴性的条件致病菌,极易形成生物膜,导致其耐药性增强,逃逸宿主免疫攻击。铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的结构主要由铜绿假单胞菌和其分泌的胞外基质(包括eDNA、Pel和Psl多糖、藻酸盐、蛋白质)构成,胞外基质成分对于生物膜的形成和发育具有结构组织和调控作用。本文对近五年来国内外关于铜绿假单胞菌生物膜形成和发育分子机制的研究进展做一综述,以期为深入了解和研究铜绿假单胞菌生物膜形成和发育的机制提供一定的参考。
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a Gram-negative conditional pathogen, which is easy to form biofilm, which leads to the enhancement of drug resistance and escape from host immune attack. The structure of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm is mainly composed of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and its extracellular matrix (including eDNA, Pel and Psl polysaccharides, alginate, protein). The extracellular matrix components play a structural tissue and regulatory role in the formation and development of biofilm. In this paper, the research progress on the molecular mechanism of biofilm formation and development of Pseudomonas aeruginosa at home and abroad in recent five years is reviewed, in order to provide some reference for further understanding and studying the mechanism of biofilm formation and development of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
