本文主要综述了肌肉疲劳的特点,重点阐述非特异性产品和营养补充品等在治疗肌肉疲劳方面的应用,为肌肉疲劳的基础研究和潜在治疗提供参考依据。
This paper mainly summarizes the characteristics of muscle fatigue,focuses on the application of nonspecific products and nutritional supplements in the treatment of muscle fatigue is emphasized, and provides a reference for the basic research and potential treatment of muscle fatigue.
