母牛分支杆菌菌苗在初治肺结核治疗中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析母牛分支杆菌菌苗在初治肺结核治疗中的作用。方法选取我院2018年11月-2019年3月72例初治肺结核患者作为研究对象,将其均分成对照组与实验组,各36例。对照组治疗方法为2HRZE/4HR,不运用微卡菌苗,实验组的治疗手段是2HRZE/2HR,加用微卡菌苗进行治疗,比较两组治疗2个月、4个月、6个月的病灶全吸率与显吸率。结果在第2个月、第4个月时,实验组相较于对照组的治疗效果而言,实验组的全吸率与显吸率更佳,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),6个月时,实验组病人的全吸率、稳定率状况大于对照组的患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微卡菌菌苗能够改善初治肺结核患者的细胞免疫功能,痰菌阴转、病灶吸收、空洞缩小关闭的程度会显著加快,此种治疗方法可以在临床中被广泛推广。 Objective To analyze the role of Mycobacterium vaccae vaccine in the treatment of newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 72 patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis from November 2018 to March 2019 in our hospital were selected as subjects. They were divided into control group and experimental group, 36 cases each. The treatment method of the control group was 2 HRZE/4 HR. The microcapsule vaccine was not used. The treatment method of the experimental group was 2 HRZE/2 HR, and the microcapsule vaccine was used for treatment. The two groups were treated for 2 months, 4 months and 6 months. The total inhalation rate and the inhalation rate of the lesion. Results At the 2 nd and 4 th months, the total absorption rate and the inductive rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At the end of the month, the total inhalation rate and stability rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Microcapsule vaccine can improve the cellular immune function of patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis. The degree of sputum vaginal transfer, lesion absorption, and cavage reduction will be significantly accelerated. This treatment can be widely promoted in the clinic.
