临床分离洋葱伯克霍尔德菌的耐药谱分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的回顾性分析本院临床分离的洋葱伯克霍尔德菌的药物敏感情况,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法收集本院2015年7月至2016年6月临床分离的洋葱伯克霍尔德菌,采用法国生物梅里埃的微生物分析仪VITEK-2进行菌株鉴定,以及VITEK-2配套药敏试验板进行药敏试验检测,分析其耐药谱。结果共收集了30株洋葱伯克霍尔德菌,且均呈现多重耐药谱。对碳青霉烯类抗生素亚胺培南的耐药率为96.7%。对一代头孢菌素类抗生素头孢唑林的耐药率较高,为100.0%。对氨基糖苷类抗生素的耐药率均为96.7%。对氨苄西林和呋喃妥因的耐药率也高达100.0%。对三代(头孢他啶)和四代(头孢吡肟)头孢菌素类抗生素的敏感性较高,其敏感率分别为100.0%、96.7%。对复方制剂哌拉西林/他唑巴坦和复方新诺明的敏感性较高。结论本院分离的洋葱伯克霍尔德菌呈现多重耐药谱,需对其耐药机制进一步研究。 Objective To retrospective analyze the drug-resistant spectrum of Burkholderia cepacia isolated from clinical for rational using of antibiotics. Methods Burkholderia cepacia strains were isolated from our hospital. All the strains were identified by VITEK-2 automatic bacterial identification system. Minimum inhibitory concentration of Burkholderia cepacia were determined using the VITEK-2 composite panels for analyzing the drug-resistant spectrum. Results Thirty strains of Burkholderia cepacia were isolated and appeared multi-drug resistant spectrum in the study. The drug-resistant rate of the 30 isolated strains to imipenem was 96.7%. The rates of Burkholderia cepacia resistant to cefazolin and aminoglycosides were 100.0% and 96.7%. The drug-resistant rates of ampicillin and macrodantin were 100.0%. The rates of isolated Burkholderia cepacia susceptible to ceftazidime and cefepime were 100.0%, 96.7%, respectively. The compound preparation of ampicillin/tazobactam and sulfamethoxazole had kept very high susceptibility. Conclusion In our hospital, Burkholderia cepacia present multi-drug resistant spectrum. It is necessary to do further research on the bacteria resistant mechanism.
