糖平饮治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Tangping Decoction in Treating Type 2 Diabetes

目的观察自拟中药复方糖平饮治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法病例来源我院自2017年3月至2018年3月于门诊及病房接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者共计60例,应用信封法实验分组,对照组30例,采用常规西医治疗糖尿病的方法,试验组30例,在对照组基础上采用口服中药糖平饮,观察患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论糖平饮针对2型糖尿病患者的疗效肯定,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self made compound recipe Tang Ping Yin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted from March 2017 to March 2018 in the internal medicine of Chaoyang City traditional Chinese medicine hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by the envelope method. The control group was 30 cases, the conventional western medicine treatment of diabetes was adopted and 30 cases in the experimental group were treated with oral Chinese medicine sugar Ping Yin on the basis of the control group. Blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, with statistical difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Tang Ping Yin decoction is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
