一种分布式光-储有功功率协调控制技术研究

摘要 分布式光伏发电系统功率输出具有间歇性、随机性等特点,容易引起电网电压波动,采用在光伏发电系统并网侧增加大容量电池储能系统,对光伏发电系统和储能系统结合模型进行了分析,并设计了储能系统变流器的恒功率控制系统,通过工程应用,对所提策略在光伏发电和储能系统中控制进行有效验证。结果表明,该控制方法能够对光伏发电和储能系统中输出功率进行精确协调控制,具有可行性,有助于提高光伏发电和储能系统以及电网运行稳定。 According to the characteristics of intermittent and random power output of distributed photovoltaic system, it is easy to cause voltage fluctuation of power grid. By adding large capacity battery energy storage system on the grid-connected side of photovoltaic system, the combined model of photovoltaic and energy storage system is analyzed, and the constant power control system of energy storage system converter is designed. The validation of the proposed control strategy in the photovoltaic and energy storage systems shows that the proposed control method can accurately coordinate the output power of the photovoltaic and energy storage systems. It is feasible and conducive to the stability of the power grid.
