基于分布式发电和柔性负荷的配电网合环电压综合调节方法研究

Comprehensive regulation method study of distribution network closed-loop voltage based on distributed generations and flexible loads

针对日益复杂的配电网结构所造成合环困难的问题,提出一种配电网合环电压综合调节方法。该方法对配电网合环开关两侧接入分布式发电和柔性负荷的不同应用场景进行研究,通过改变分布式发电和柔性负荷的接入功率,调节合环开关两侧的电压,实现配电网合环。首先,在保证合环开关两侧节点以外的电压不超过自身允许值的情况下,通过调节分布式发电的接入功率使两侧的电压满足合环开关闭合的条件;其次,若调节分布式发电的接入功率不能满足合环条件或造成其他节点电压超过自身允许的范围值,则通过调节柔性负荷,改变负荷总功率使合环开关两侧电压满足合环条件;最后,以与柔性负荷和光伏发电等效的分布式发电接入配电网为例,搭建Matlab/Simulink仿真模型,仿真结果验证了所提方法的可行性。

Since increasingly complex grid structures of distribution network cause the problem of closed-loop difficulty for distribution network, a comprehensive method that is used to regulate distribution network closedloop voltage is given. According to the given method, DG and FL are linked up to both sides of closed-loop switch in distribution network, respectively. Bilateral voltages of closed-loop switch are regulated through changing output power of DG and input power of FL, distribution network can be smoothly closed loop. Firstly, voltages of closed-loop switch both sides are changed through regulating the output power of DG which makes voltage of both sides fulfil closed-loop conditions and other nodes voltages in themselves allowable values. Secondly, if voltage of closed-loop switch both sides can not fulfil the closed-loop conditions or other nodes voltages are exceeded themselves allowable values through regulating the output power of DG, FL is regulated to change total power of loads which will make voltage of both sides fulfil the closed-loop conditions. Lastly, in order to verify feasibility of proposed method, taking FL and DG which is equivalent photovoltaic generation as accessing to distribution network for example, Matlab/Simulink simulation model is presented. The results show that proposed methods are effective.
