摘要
电网事故事件等级是调度运行中事故与异常处置的重要标准。面对庞大的电网实时运行数据,传统的数据分析与信息挖掘显得力不从心,难以满足实时运行过程中事故事件等级判定的要求。为此,介绍了多层数据钻取的基本概念和实施方法,构建了面向电网事故事件等级判定的多层数据框架,提出了相应的判定流程与计算模型。最后基于该方法在我国某省电网开发应用情况,分析了其实施效益。
The level of power grid accidents is an important standard for the disposal of accidents and anomalies in dispatching operation. However in the face of huge real-time operation data of power grid, traditional data analysis and information mining seem to be inadequate and it is difficult to meet the requirements of accident level judgment during real-time operation. The basic concept and implementation method of multi-layer data drilling are introduced. A multi-layer data frame is constructed, and the corresponding decision process and calculation model are put forward. Finally, based on the development and application of this method in a certain province in China, its implementation benefits are introduced.
