一种新型烟气含氧量闭环动态自适应控制系统的研制和应用

摘要 本文对燃气锅炉燃烧器的空燃比控制问题和国内外解决方案进行总结,并介绍一种新型基于烟气含氧量反馈的燃气锅炉燃烧优化控制系统。与同类系统不同,该系统具有在线、实时、不间断校正等特点,流量调节更精确、节能,空燃比最优在线调节全自动化。本文还详细介绍了其在实际场合的应用情况。 This paper summarizes the air-fuel ratio control problems of gas-fired boiler burners and the solutions at home and abroad,and introduces a new combustion optimization control system of gas-fired boiler based on oxygen content feedback of flue gas.Unlike other similar systems,the system has the characteristics of on-line,real-time and uninterrupted correction.The flow regulation is more accurate,energy-saving,and the air-fuel ratio optimal on-line regulation is fully automated.This paper also introduces its application in practical occasions in detail.
