摘要
本文分析了一台门式起重机与10kV架空高压线安全距离不足的原因。将架空高压线的电磁辐射等效成由无限多个偶极子的辐射源产生,定量计算了司机室处人体受到的磁感应强度,将计算结果与国内外电磁辐射安全标准相比较,提出整改方案。为避免出现起重机与架空高压安全距离不足的类似情况,从起重机安装、使用、检验等方面提出了建议。
The reason of insufficient safe distance between a gantry crane and 10 KV overhead high-voltage wire is analyzed.The electromagnetic radiation of overhead high-voltage wire is equivalent to the radiation source of infinite dipoles.The magnetic induction intensity of human body in the driver’s cab is calculated quantitatively.The calculation results are compared with the safety standards of electromagnetic radiation at home and abroad,and the improvement scheme is put forward.In order to avoid the similar situation of insufficient safe distance between crane and overhead high pressure,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of crane installation,use and inspection.
