小接管提前腐蚀泄漏失效,已成为炼化装置中设备与管道突出的风险隐患,直接影响装置的安稳长周期运行。通过对气液分离罐液位计接管腐蚀泄漏的分析,从设计结构与使用年限到使用管理与定期检验,为设计、使用及检验提供借鉴。建议设计注重小接管结构的选型,使用重视小接管隐患治理,检验关注小接管部位检查,避免小接管先于设备与管道使用年限前失效。

The early corrosion and leakage failure of small diameter pipe has become a prominent hidden risk of equipment and pipelines in the refining and chemical devices,which directly affects the safe,stable and long-term operation of the devices.Through the analysis of corrosion leakage of the liquid level gauge’s pipe in gas-liquid separating tank,it provides reference for design,use and inspection from design structure and service life to use management and periodic inspection.It is suggested that Attention should be paid to the structure selection of the small diameter pipes in design and the hidden risks treatment of the small diameter pipes in use and the inspection of the small diameter pipes in examination to ensure that small diameter pipes fail before the service life of equipment and pipeline.
