摘要 随着低频段频谱资源日益紧张,无线通信载波频率开始向太赫兹频段发展,近年来太赫兹通信系统成为研究热点之一。围绕高速率长距离太赫兹通信系统,对比全电子学和光电子学2类太赫兹通信系统架构,介绍2类不同架构通信系统的国内和国外研究现状,总结全电子学和光电子学通信系统的优缺点,分析太赫兹通信系统的技术难点问题,为高速长距离太赫兹通信技术的发展提供参考。 With the increasingly insufficient spectrum resources in the low frequency band,the carrier frequency of wireless communication starts to go to the terahertz frequency band,and the terahertz communication system has become one of the research hotspots in recent years.Aiming at the high-speed long-distance terahertz communication system,two kinds of terahertz communication system architectures of all-electronics and photo-electronics are compared.The domestic and foreign research status of all-electronics and photo-electronic communication systems is introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages are summarized.The technical difficulties of terahertz communication system are analyzed,which provides references for the improvement of high-speed long-distance terahertz communication technology.
