煤粉还原硫酸钙制备硫化钙工艺条件研究

Study on the preparation of calcium sulfide from calcium sulfate by reducing with coal

以煤粉还原硫酸钙制备硫化钙。其热力学分析表明,生成硫化钙的过程主要是通过固-固反应和气-固反应进行。系统考察该过程中的各反应工艺条件,如碳硫摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间等,结果表明,硫酸钙分解制备硫化钙的优选工艺条件为:碳硫摩尔比3.0,反应温度900℃,反应时间1.5h。在此条件下,硫化钙产品产率为90.12%。

Based on the thermodynamic analysis,CaS was generated mainly through solid-solid reaction and gas-solid reaction.Meanwhile,the influences of C/S molar ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time on the preparation of calcium sulfide were studied.The optimum conditions were found as follows:C/S ratio 3.0,reaction temperature 900 ℃ and reaction time 1.5 h.And the yield of CaS was above 90.12% under those conditions.
