摘要
采用“717”强碱性阴离子交换树脂(氯型)处理工业盐酸(主要去除酸中Fe^3+)。结果表明,当所处理酸浓度为30%,流速控制在20L/min时,除铁效率最高,能达到94.8%。先酸洗脱,再用pH为4的去离子水洗脱树脂,其再生效果最好。该工艺流程简单、操作方便、处理能力强、提纯效果好,为工业盐酸的提纯提供了一种新的方法。
717anion exchange resin(chloride) has been used to purify industrial hydrochloric acid( remove Fe^3+).Result showed the optimal conditions were the acid concentration 30%,the flow rate 20 L/min,the highest removal efficiency of iron can reach 94.8%.Acid,and then deionized water of pH=4 was used to elute resin,its regeneration effect is best.The technological process is simple,convenient operation,strong processing ability,and purification effect is also good.The process provides a new method for the purification of industrial hydrochloric acid.
