The effect of Ilizarov bone lengthening and bone transport technique for treatment of chronic posttraumatic osteomyelitis of lower-extremity long bone

摘要 目的探讨Ilizarov骨延长和骨搬移技术治疗下肢长骨创伤后慢性骨髓炎的效果。方法采用Ilizarov骨延长和骨搬移技术治疗10例下肢长骨创伤后慢性骨髓炎患者。结果 患者均获得随访,时间2~28个月。9例手术感染得到一期控制,1例术后进行1次清创术后感染得到控制。骨折愈合、延长停止后,8例患肢长度比对侧缩短<2.5cm,2例患肢长度比对侧缩短2.5cm和3.0cm。结论 Ilizarov骨延长和骨搬移技术治疗下肢长骨创伤后慢性骨髓炎在控制感染和改善患肢功能方面有一定的优越性。 Objective To explore the effect of Ilizarov bone lengthening and bone transport technique for treatment of chronic posttraumatic osteomyelitis of lower-extremity long bone. Methods Ten patients with chronic posttraumatic osteomyelitis of lower-extremity long bone were treated with Ilizarov bone lengthening and bone transport technique. Results All patients were followed up for 2~28 months.Infection obtained one-stage control in 9 cases.1 case of infection was controlled after debridement.After bone healing,shortening of the lower limb compared to the normal side was less than 2.5 cm in 8 cases,2.5,and 3.0 cm in 2 cases. Conclusions Ilizarov bone lengthening and bone transport technique have advantages in infection control and limb function improving of the treatment of chronic posttraumatic osteomyelitis of lower-extremity long bones.
