摘要 为了获得较为精简的模糊控制规则集合和改善控制性能,提出了一种基于进化多目标优化算法的模糊控制器优化设计方法,并应用于无刷直流电机直接转矩控制系统。该控制系统采用模糊控制器作为转速环的调节器,内环则为转矩控制环,并且采用了无磁链滞环的控制结构。同时提出了一种改进的多目标克隆选择算法,可针对模糊控制器的结构和参数进行优化,并选取典型的控制性能指标,以及模糊控制器自身的精简度作为优化目标。为了提高算法的搜索效率和利用偏好信息,有针对性地提出了种群多样性保持策略和偏好策略。实验结果表明这种优化设计方法可获得良好的动态响应性能和较强的自适应性,同时所得到的Pareto优化解具有较好的分布特性。 In order to obtain a compact control rule set and improve control performance, an optimization design method based on an improved evolutionary multi-objective optimization algorithm for brushless DC motors direct torque control system is proposed. The optimized fuzzy logic controller was adopted as the outer-loop controller and torque hysteresis comparator as the inner-loop controller without flux linkage hysteresis comparator. The specific structure and parameters of fuzzy logic controllers can be determined by applying an improved multi-objective clonal selection algorithm and the optimization objectives include the typical performance indicators and the complexity of fuzzy rule set. In order to improve search efficiency and make better use of preference information, a strategy of maintaining group diversity and an individual′s evaluation strategy were introduced. The experimental results show that this control scheme has better dynamic response performance and strong self-adaptability, and the obtained Pareto solutions have better distribution.
