载体对涤纶纤维分散蓝染料染色动力学与热力学性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为涤纶纤维染色载体,根据涤纶纤维染色动力学和染色热力学理论,测定上染百分率,绘制上染速率曲线与吸附等温曲线,探讨载体对半染时间、扩散系数、扩散活化能等染色动力学参数以及分配系数、染色热、染色熵等染色热力学参数的影响。结果表明:90℃时,载体使C.I.分散蓝56上染涤纶纤维的半染时间明显降低、扩散系数提高至0.8333×10-14m2/s,扩散活化能降至84.6913kJ/mol;载体的加入不改变原有的Nernst型吸附等温曲线,仅分配系数降低至0.0591,染色热和染色熵数值上均增大1倍。 Dibutyl phthalate was used as dyeing carrier for polyester fibers, according to the dyeing kinetics and thermodynamics of polyester fibers, the dye uptake percentage was determined and the dye uptake rate curve and adsorption isotherm curve were drawn. The effects of carrier addition on dyeing kinetic parameters such as half-dyeing time, diffusion coefficient, diffusion activation energy, and dyeing thermodynamic parameters such as partition coefficient, dyeing heat and dyeing entropy were analyzed. The results showed that the carrier could significantly reduce the half-dyeing time and increase the diffusion coefficient to 0.833 3×10-14 m2/s and the diffusion activation energy decreased to 84.691 3 kJ/mol for C.I. disperse blue 56 at 90 ℃;The addition of carrier did not change the original Nernst adsorption isotherm curve, but only reduced the distribution coefficient to 0.0591, dyeing heat and dyeing entropy. The values are doubled.
