摘要
数控铣床对于平面凸台类零件加工优势明显,一般平面凸台零件具有直线、圆弧或曲线的二维轮廓表面,然而在数控铣床加工平面凸台零件过程中容易出现拐角处过切的质量问题,将直接影响到零件的精度和质量。通过比较数控铣削加工中常用的FANUC系统和SINUMERIK系统研究发现,通过改善刀具加工过程中轮廓拐角特性,可以很好的解决轮廓拐点过切问题,除了准确定位指令G09、G60/G61外,SINUMERIK系统提供的拐角特性指令指令G450、G451及FANUC系统提供的自动拐角倍率指令G62都可以用来在相应的系统中改善轮廓拐角特性,从而能很好地解决铣削加工中的过切问题。
Numerical control milling machine has obvious advantages for the machining of planar convex platform parts. The General planar convex platform parts have straight lines, circular arcs or curved two-dimensional comtour surfaces. However, the quality problems of corner cutting are easy to appear in the process of numerical control milling machine process planar convex platform parts . It will directly affect the accuracy and quality of the parts. By comparing the FANUC system and the SINUMERIK system commonly used in NC milling processing, it shows that the problem of over-cutting of the contour inflection point can be solved very well by improving the contour corner features in the cutting process, in additiom to the precise positioning instructions G09 and G60/G61. The corner features instruction G450, G451 provided by the SINUMERIK system and automatic corner ratio instruction G62 provided by the FANUC system can both be used to improve the contour corner features in the corresponding system, so as to solve the problem of over-cutting in milling processing.
