摘要
质子交换膜燃料电池(proton exchange membrane fuel cells,PEMFCs)以氢气为燃料,与空气中的氧气发生电化学反应,产生电能和水。为使反应能够持续进行,水的管理非常重要,如果管理不当,很容易出现“水淹”等不利于电化学反应的现象出现,影响燃料电池的性能。根据燃料电池的结构,分别从膜结构、气体扩散层和流道设计三个方面,对水管理的策略进行研究分析,探索不同结构对水管理的影响。
Proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) with hydrogen as fuel, which has an electrochemical reaction with oxygen in the air, produce electricity and water. Water management plays a critical role in insuring sustained reaction. Improper management is easy to cause water flooding, or other adverse phenomenon to electrochemistry reaction, which affects the performance of fuel cell. In order to find out the impacts on water management base on different structures of fuel cell, in this paper, we conduct the research and analysis of water management strategy according to membrane structure, porous transport layer and flow field design.
