Review of Migrant Workers’ Vocational Capability Development ——Research Characteristics, Hotspots & Theme Evolution

推进农民工职业能力开发研究在当前乡村振兴战略和新型城镇化建设背景下具有重要的理论意义。研究发现,该领域研究论文数量不断增加,知识基础研究的文献类型、主题、方法相对集中,特征显著;新生代农民工职业能力开发研究、乡村振兴战略与农民工职业能力开发研究、新型城镇化与农民工职业能力开发研究是当前本领域研究中的三个重要热点;该领域研究先后经历了职业技能开发研究阶段、就业能力开发研究阶段、整体职业能力开发研究阶段和终身职业能力开发研究阶段四个阶段。最后,指出了该领域未来的研究发展方向。

Strengthening the research on the development of the vocational capability of migrant workers is of great significance in the context of the current rural revitalization strategy and the new urbanization construction. This paper uses Citespace and tries mapping out scientific knowledge,researches hotspots and frontier evolution in this field by means of bibliometric analytical method. The study finds that the number of research in this field is increasing,and the types,themes,and methods of knowledge-based research are relatively concentrated. The current research has three important research hotspots in this field,which are the study of development of vocational capability of new-generation migrant workers,the study of rural revitalization strategy & migrant workers’vocational capability development,and the study of new urbanization & migrant workers' vocational capability development. The field has experienced four research stages,which are research stage of vocational skills development,employment capability development,overall vocational capability development and lifelong vocational capability development. Finally,the paper points out the future research directions in this field.
