生活场所学习理论视阈下拓展农民工市民化教育路径探析

摘要 城镇化建设其核心是“人的城镇化”。实现农民工从农民到市民的身份转化是一个长期的社会过程,在此期间,教育需要发挥更大的作用。以生活场所学习作为理论依据,分析生活场所学习对于农民工市民化教育的价值意义,阐述当前开展农民工市民化教育面临的瓶颈问题,进而从发挥政府主导作用、协调教育供给主体、开展互联网教育以及促进非正式学习等方面构建并拓展农民工市民化教育的新路径。 The core of urbanization construction is“urbanization of human beings”. Realizing the transformation of the status of migrant workers from farmers to citizens is a long-term social process,during which education needs to play a greater role. Taking lifeplace learning as the theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the value of lifeplace learning for the citizenized education of migrant workers, expounds the bottlenecks faced by the current development of migrant workers’citizenship education,plays the leading role of the government,coordinates the supply of education,and conducts Internet education in order to promote the new path of migrant workers’ urbanization education in the aspects of promoting the independent and individualized learning of migrant workers.
